Broker Relationships
Administrators should respect broker partnerships—never attempt to take Agent of Record (AOR) or solicit your clients. Protecting your book of business is non-negotiable.
Employer Relationships
ICHRA is designed for flexibility. Employers deserve access to all available options, not just the ones that are easiest for an administrator to manage. Limiting choices undermines the purpose of ICHRA.
Employee Respect
At the end of the day, ICHRA is about the employee. Administrators must provide clear education, responsive support, and tools that empower employees to make informed decisions about their health coverage.
